Simple Western™ analysis of endogenous protein FCGR1A from HELA lysates (0.5 mg/mL) usingCD64 (FCGR1A) Mouse Monoclonal Antibody #TA506343. The virtual lane view (left) shows the target (as indicated) at 1:50 dilution of primary antibody. The corresponding electropherogram view (right) plots chemiluminescence by molecular weight along the capillary at a 1:50 dilution of primary antibody. Immunohistochemical staining of paraffin-embedded human pancreas tissue within the normal limits using anti-FOS mouse monoclonal antibody. HIER pretreatment was done with 1mM EDTA in 10mM Tris buffer (pH8.0) at 120°C for 2.5 minutes. UM800113 was diluted 1:200 and detection was done with HRP secondary and DAB chromogen. Here we see nuclear staining.
