The RAS field is shifting from mutation-specific inhibitors (Sotorasib, Adagrasib) to Pan-RAS strategies targeting all three isoforms. OriGene provides the complete toolset — ORF clones, recombinant proteins, antibodies, overexpression lysates, CytoSections (IHC/ICC/IF control) and reporter assays — to study RAS signaling across KRAS, NRAS, and HRAS.

Detection of EV-associated KRAS mutations as a prognostic biomarker

Plasma EVs from pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC) patients were isolated using the MagExo™ EV Isolation Kit. EV-derived DNA was analyzed by droplet digital PCR (ddPCR) to quantify KRAS mutations, demonstrating that EV-associated KRAS can serve as a minimally invasive biomarker for PDAC prognosis, disease monitoring, and patient stratification.

Absolute quantification of KRAS by automated Simple Western

See how OriGene's purified KRAS protein (TP301958) and anti-KRAS antibody (TA801672) enabled absolute quantification of KRAS from various cell lines using the automated WB Simple Western platform.
