Protein At least 500 uL At least 1uM

Case Studies:

1. SPR Characterization and Assay Validation of SYP Antibody

SPR Case studies
  1. The SYP antibody (rabbit) captured on a Protein A chip demonstrates binding to the SYP protein.
  2. SPR analysis determined an affinity constant of 2.469x10-10 M for the antibody.
  3. The quality control report confirms that the assay passed all required parameters.

2. SPR Analysis and Assay Validation of Anti-FLAG M2 Antibody

SPR Case studies
  1. Anti-FLAG M2 antibody (mouse) immobilized on a CM5 chip shows binding to STING protein (antigen).
  2. SPR analysis determined an affinity constant of 1.623 × 10⁻⁷ M for the antibody.
  3. The quality control report confirms that the assay met all required criteria.

3. SPR Analysis and Assay Validation of Three Antibody A Clones
