Summary: 8F1 is a commonly used monoclonal antibody for evaluating ERCC1 expression and the study shows that it cross-reacts with anPCYT1A protein. The study demonstrates that OriGene antibodies, 4F9 and 2E12 are ultra-specific against ERCC1 protein and has superior performance for IHC analysis.
