OriGene’s AAV1 capsid titer kit showed good correlation, R2 = 0.99. The assays’ sensitivity and precision is also comparable.

The sandwich ELISA assay includes monoclonal antibody coated onto the plate and is used to capture the AAV particles. Biotinylated anti-AAV monoclonal antibodies is used as a detection of capture AAV particles.
