Inter-and Intra-assay %CV was calculated from three runs using three AAV samples (high. mid, and low). 10 samples were tested for each sample. %CVs were less than 10%, indicating the high precision of the AAV1 titration ELISA kit.

OriGene’s AAV1 capsid titer kit showed good correlation, R2 = 0.99. The assays’ sensitivity and precision is also comparable.
