Immunohistochemical staining of paraffin-embedded Adenocarcinoma of Human breast tissue using anti-CD63 mouse monoclonal antibody. Heat-induced epitope retrieval by EDTA solution buffer pH 8.0 at 120°C for 3 min.

HEK293T cells were transfected with the pCMV6-ENTRY control (Left lane) or pCMV6-ENTRY BSG (RC219464, Right lane) cDNA for 48 hrs and lysed. Equivalent amounts of cell lysates (5 ug per lane) were separated by SDS-PAGE and immunoblotted with anti-BSG. Positive lysates LY419777 (100ug) and LC419777 (20ug) can be purchased separately from OriGene.

HEK293T cells were transfected with the pCMV6-ENTRY control (Cat# PS100001, Left lane) or pCMV6-ENTRY MFGE8 (Cat# RC217163, Right lane) cDNA for 48 hrs and lysed. Equivalent amounts of cell lysates (5 ug per lane) were separated by SDS-PAGE and immunoblotted with anti-MFGE8 (Cat# TA809279)(1:2000). Positive lysates LY401796 (100ug) and LC401796 (20ug) can be purchased separately from OriGene.
