N-Tag 3DDK
E. coli Selection Ampicillin (100 ug/mL)
Mammalian Cell Selection Neomycin
Expression Promoter CMV
Features
  • ORFs cloned in this vector will be expressed in mammalian cells as fusion proteins with 3 tandem DDK-tags on the C-terminal ends, resulting in 100X higher detection sensitivity than 1XDDK tag
  • The 3DDK tag will increase the affinity of the fusion protein to anti-DDK tags and facilitate detection. This is especially useful for proteins of low expression level.
  • If the N-terminal tagging interferes with the protein’s function, you can choose the C-terminal 3DDK-tagging vector, PS100057.
  • V2_F Primer can be used to sequence the target sequence after cloning.
  • XL39_R Primer can be used to sequence the target sequence after cloning.

MAP4K3/GLK promotes lung cancer metastasis by phosphorylating and activating IQGAP1
Chuang, Chang, Teng et al
Cancer Res. (2019)
AI Summary: OriGene products, specifically the pCMV6-AN-3DDK, pCMV6-AC-HA, pCMV6-AC-mCFP, and pCMV6-AN-mGFP expression vectors, were used to generate tagged GLK constructs for studying the interaction and functional effects of GLK and IQGAP1 in lung cancer metastasis.
Snippet: the Flag-tagged clone into the vector pCMV6-AN-3DDK or pCMV6-AC-HA (OriGene,) insert from the HA-tagged GLK plasmid into the vector pCMV6-AC-mCFP and pCMV6-AN-mGFP (OriGene), respectively. The plasmids expressing YFP-fused
A monoallelic two-hit mechanism in PLCD1 explains the genetic pathogenesis of hereditary trichilemmal cyst formation
Hörer, Marrakchi, Radner et al
J. Invest. Dermatol. (2019) 139 (10), 2154-2163.e5 DOI: 10.1016/j.jid.2019.04.015
AI Summary: OriGene's pCMV6-AN-3DDK vector was used to subclone wild type and cyst-specific PLCD1 protein variants for functional assays, enabling the study of their roles in hereditary trichilemmal cyst formation.
Snippet: PLCD1 wild type and cyst-specific protein variant sequences were sub cloned into mammalian pCMV6-AN-3DDK (OriGene, Rockville, MD, USA), pcDNA4-His Max C (Thermo Fisher) and pET302/NT-His (Thermo Fisher) vectors (primer pairs listed in Table S1)
Transcriptional activation of miR-320a by ATF2, ELK1 and YY1 induces cancer cell apoptosis under ionizing radiation conditions
Hu, Tie, Lv et al
Int. J. Oncol. (2018)
AI Summary: OriGene contributed to this study by providing the pCMV6-3DDK-XIAP expression vector, which was used to investigate the functional role of XIAP in miR-320a-mediated apoptosis under ionizing radiation conditions.
Snippet: The coding sequences of ATF2, ELK1 and YY1 were amplified from HeLa cell cDNA using a pair of primers, including the AscI and XhoI restriction sites and were ligated into pCMV6‑AN‑3DDK. The pCMV6‑3DDK‑XIAP vector was purchased from Origene (Rockville

AI Summary: OriGene contributed the pCMV6-AN-3DDK mammalian expression vector containing the hSSB1 coding sequence, which was used to study the role of hSSB1 in DNA repair in this paper.
Snippet: time in media containing serum. Expression constructs, siRNA and transfections. The mammalian expression vector containing the hSSB1 CDS (pCMV6-AN-3DDK) was supplied by Origene. Site-directed mutagenesis (SDM ... Cite SaveSaving
