Summary This gene encodes a member of the runt domain-containing family of transcription factors. A heterodimer of this protein and a beta subunit forms a complex that binds to the core DNA sequence 5'-PYGPYGGT-3' found in a number of enhancers and promoters, and can either activate or suppress transcription. It also interacts with other transcription factors. It functions as a tumor suppressor, and the gene is frequently deleted or transcriptionally silenced in cancer. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants. provided by RefSeq, Mar 2016
shRNA Design These shRNA constructs were designed against multiple splice variants at this gene locus. To be certain that your variant of interest is targeted, please contact techsupport@origene.com. If you need a special design or shRNA sequence, please utilize our custom shRNA service.

AI Summary: In this study, OriGene’s RUNX2/GFP lentivector (Cat#: RC212884L4) and human shRNA plasmids targeting RUNX3 (Cat#: TL309682) and RUNX2 (Cat#: TL309683) were used to manipulate the expression of these transcription factors in human T cells, enabling investigation of their roles in regulating CD73 expression and memory T cell function.
Snippet: oned into a commercial lentivector containing a GFP reporter gene (pCDH-GFP-Em-CD513B-1 from System Biosciences). To overexpress RUNX2 in human T cells, we purchased commercial RUNX2/GFP lentivector (Origene, Cat#: RC212884L4). To knockdown RUNX3 or RUNX2 in human T cells, we used RUNX3 or RUNX2 human shRNA plasmid containing GFP reporter gene (Origene, Cat#: TL309682 for RUNX3;Cat#: TL309683 for
