Lambda light chain, mouse anti human, clone λ-1 Biotin
Product Data | |
Clone Name | λ-1 Biotin |
---|---|
Application | IHC |
Recommended Dilution | Tested for immunohistochemistry (IHC) Approximate working dilution for IHC: Frozen sections: 0.125µg/ml (1:1600) Paraffin sections: Has been described to work with proteinase K pretreatment. Optimal dilutions should be determined by the end user. Suggested positive control: Human tonsil. |
Reactivity | Human |
Antibody Host | Mouse |
Isotype | IgG1 |
Clonality | Monoclonal |
Immunogen | Purified human IgG. |
Specificity | Human: lambda light chain
Other species: not tested. Epitope: The epitope is located on the lambda light chain of human Ig. Distribution: Isolated cells: Antigen receptor bearing B-cells are stained positively. Tissue sections: λ-1 labels follicular and non-follicular B-cells in lymphoid tissues. Intravasal staining can also be observed caused by circulating Ig. Strong labeling occurs with plasma cells in paraffin embedded tissues. The antibody stains surface and intracellular immunoglobulins in cryostat sections. Only intracellular light chains are stained in formaldehyde fixed and paraffin embedded tissues after enzyme digestion (eg. plasma cells are stained in the latter case.) |
Buffer | Affinity purified, biotinylated, lyophilized Reconstitute by adding 0.5ml distilled water. This stock solution contains 0.2mg/ml IgG, phosphate buffered saline pH 7.2 (PBS), 5mg/ml bovine serum albumin (BSA) as a stabilizer and 0.05% Kathon CG as a preservative. |
