Simple Western™ analysis of endogenous protein KRAS from HELA lysates (0.5 mg/mL) using KRAS Mouse Monoclonal Antibody #TA801672. The virtual lane view (left) shows the target (as indicated) at 1:50 dilution of primary antibody. The corresponding electropherogram view (right) plots chemiluminescence by molecular weight along the capillary at a 1:50 dilution of primary antibody. This experiment was performed under reducing conditions on the Jess™ Simple Western instrument from ProteinSimple, a Bio-Techne brand, using the 12–230 kDa Separation Module.

HEK293T cells were transfected with the pCMV6-ENTRY control (Left lane) or pCMV6-ENTRY FOLH1 (RC218310, Right lane) cDNA for 48 hrs and lysed. Equivalent amounts of cell lysates (5 ug per lane) were separated by SDS-PAGE and immunoblotted with anti-FOLH1. Positive lysates LY429203 (100ug) and LC429203 (20ug) can be purchased separately from OriGene.

HEK293T cells were transfected with the pCMV6-ENTRY control (Left lane) or pCMV6-ENTRY ERBB2 (RC212583, Right lane) cDNA for 48 hrs and lysed. Equivalent amounts of cell lysates (5 ug per lane) were separated by SDS-PAGE and immunoblotted with anti-ERBB2. Positive lysates LY417979 (100ug) and LC417979 (20ug) can be purchased separately from OriGene.

HEK293T cells were transfected with the pCMV6-ENTRY control (Left lane) or pCMV6-ENTRY MUC1 (RC221390, Right lane) cDNA for 48 hrs and lysed. Equivalent amounts of cell lysates (5 ug per lane) were separated by SDS-PAGE and immunoblotted with anti-MUC1 (1:2000).

E.coli lysate (left lane) and E.coli lysate expressing Human recombinant protein fragment (right lane) corresponding to amino acids 10329-10628 of human MUC16 (NP_078966) were separated by SDS-PAGE and immunoblotted with anti-MUC16.
