pLenti-hSyn-C-mGFP-P2A-Puro Lentiviral Gene Expression Vector

This Lenti vector is a third generation lentiviral vector.

• The ORF cloned in this vector can be expressed as a tagged fusion protein with C-terminal mGFP tag.
• The expression of the cloned ORF is driven by human synapsin I promoter, a neuron specific promoter.
• P2A-Puro is within the Lentiviral packaging cassette and would allow puromycin selection in both the transfected and the transduced cells.
• A brief lentiviral packaging protocol is provided.
• E. Coli. selection: Chloramphenicol (34ug/ml)
• All OriGene's TrueORF clone can be shuttled into this vector via PrecisionShuttling, a simple cut-and-ligation process.
• Syn_F Primer can be used to sequence the target sequence after cloning.
• mGFP_R Primer can be used to sequence the target sequence after cloning.
