Background This kit enables rapid, high-purity isolation of extracellular vesicles (EVs), including exosomes, microvesicles, and other membrane-enclosed vesicles, from plasma, serum or cell culture media. Proprietary lipid nanoprobe-conjugated magnetic beads capture EVs through interaction with vesicular membranes, providing unbiased pan-EV enrichment independent of specific surface markers. This kit provides a rapid scalable workflow that is optimized for in-depth LC-MS/MS, proteomics and other high-sensitivity protein analysis platforms.
