Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Goat Serum, Mouse IgG, Mouse IgA and Mouse IgM. No reaction was observed against bovine, horse or human serum proteins. This reagent is suitable for the detection of all mouse isotypes and chain combinations. ELISA was used to confirm specificity at less than 1% of the target signal. |
