| Specificity | MOUSE IgG2a Antibody was prepared from monospecific antiserum by immunoaffinity chromatography using Mouse IgG2a coupled to agarose beads followed by solid phase adsorption(s) to remove any unwanted reactivities. Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Goat Serum, Mouse Serum, Mouse IgG and Mouse IgG2a. No reaction was observed against Bovine, Human, and Rabbit Serum Proteins. Specificity was confirmed by ELISA for human and rabbit. For IgG1, IgG2b and IgG3 reactivity was less than 5% against target (IgG2a, IgG). Cross-reactivity against Bovine is assessed only by IEP. |
