| Quality Control | Lenti RapidTiter Sticks were validated by testing various dilutions of lentiviral samples with a known titer (measured by ELISA). The results were then compared to a developed reference card and the line density was confirmed to properly reflect the estimated titer of the samples. |
| Stability | The kit should not be used beyond the expiration date. Leave Lenti RapidTiter Sticks sealed in its foil pouch until just before use. Do not use if pouch is damaged or open. Once opened, the Lenti RapidTiter Stick should be used immediately. |
