HEK293T cells were transfected with the pCMV6-ENTRY control (Left lane) or pCMV6-ENTRY CALCOCO2 (RC203843, Right lane) cDNA for 48 hrs and lysed. Equivalent amounts of cell lysates (5 ug per lane) were separated by SDS-PAGE and immunoblotted with anti-CALCOCO2. Positive lysates LY417045 (100ug) and LC417045 (20ug) can be purchased separately from OriGene.

  Western blot analysis of extracts (35ug) from 9 different cell lines by using anti-CALCOCO2 monoclonal antibody.

  Western blot analysis of extracts (35ug) from 4 cell lines lysates by using anti-CD38 monoclonal antibody (1:500).

  Anti-CALCOCO2 mouse monoclonal antibody (TA501972) immunofluorescent staining of COS7 cells transiently transfected by pCMV6-ENTRY CALCOCO2 (RC203843).

  HEK293T cells transfected with either RC203843 overexpress plasmid (Red) or empty vector control plasmid (Blue) were immunostained by anti-CALCOCO2 antibody (TA501972), and then analyzed by flow cytometry.
