Gene Name toll like receptor adaptor molecule 1
Database Link
Background This gene encodes an adaptor protein containing a Toll/interleukin-1 receptor (TIR) homology domain, which is an intracellular signaling domain that mediates protein-protein interactions between the Toll-like receptors (TLRs) and signal-transduction components. This protein is involved in native immunity against invading pathogens. It specifically interacts with toll-like receptor 3, but not with other TLRs, and this association mediates dsRNA induction of interferon-beta through activation of nuclear factor kappa-B, during an antiviral immune response. Mutations in this gene are associated with encephalopathy, acute, infection-induced.
Synonyms MGC35334; PRVTIRB; TICAM-1; TRIF

Naoxintong capsule decreases circulating exosomes of miR-382-5p to protect LPS-induced vascular endothelial cell injury by targeting STC1 in vitro
Xu, Wu, Fan et al
Front Pharmacol (2026) 17, 1655883-1655883 DOI: 10.3389/fphar.2026.1655883
AI Summary: In this study, OriGene antibodies against TLR4 (TA382568), TRIF (TA382523), NF-κB p65 (TA385159), and Phospho-NF-κB p-p65 (TA380848) were used in Western blot experiments to investigate the molecular mechanisms by which Naoxintong Capsule protects endothelial cells from injury.
