Database Link
Background Factor VII is a 50kDa multi-domain, single chain plasma glycoprotein synthesised in the liver and having anormal circulating concentration of between 400 and 600 µg/L. It is essential for blood coagulation. Factor VII is converted to the active, two chain, serine protease Factor VIIa through cleavage by thrombin, factor Xa, factor IXa or factor XIIa. Factor VIIa converts factor X to factor Xa, which in turn converts Prothrombin to Thrombin.
Synonyms Proconvertin, SPCA

A machine learning approach to integrate big data for precision medicine in acute myeloid leukemia
Lee, Celik, Logsdon et al
Nat Commun (2018) 9 (1), 42 DOI: 10.1038/s41467-017-02465-5
AI Summary: OriGene products, including the SMARCA4 cDNA plasmid, TurboFectin 8.0 transfection reagent, and a mouse monoclonal anti-SMARCA4 antibody, were used to generate and validate SMARCA4-overexpressing cell lines, enabling the study of SMARCA4’s role in drug sensitivity in acute myeloid leukemia.
Snippet: The plasmid containing the cDNA for SMARCA4 and the TurboFectin 8.0 reagent were obtained from Origene Technologies, Rockville, MD. …SMARCA4 protein expression was analyzed using a mouse monoclonal antibody (clone 6D7-F7-B6) against SMARCA4 (Origene Technologies, Rockville, MD) to stain western blots prepared by transfer from 4 to 20% sodium dodecyl sulfate polyacrylamide gels run on whole-cell lysates
