Purified N-terminal DDK fused protein (Left lane) and lysate from HEK293 cells transfected with RC209482 containing C-termnal DDK tag (right lane) were seperated with SDS-PAGE gel and immunobloted with rabbit anti-DDK tag polyclonal antibody (TA150078, 1:5000).

  Left: HEK293T transfected with plasmids overexpressing SARS-Cov2 S gene (Cat# VC102556). Cells were fixed in 2% neutral buffer formalin and detected with anti-DDK rabbit polyclonal antibody (Cat# TA150078). Polink1 anti rabbit HRP polymer (Cat# D13-18) was done for 30 min in room temperature followed by DAB. 40x image. Right: Untransfected HEK293T.
