Store the suspended plasmid at -20°C. The DNA is stable for at least one year from date of shipping when stored at -20°C.

• Summary: This gene encodes a tumor suppressor protein that contains a PHD-finger, which is a common motif in proteins involved in chromatin remodeling. This protein can bind TP53 and EP300/p300, a component of the histone acetyl transferase complex, suggesting its involvement in the TP53-dependent regulatory pathway. Multiple alternatively spliced transcript variants have been observed that encode distinct proteins. [provided by RefSeq, Jul 2008]; Transcript Variant: This variant (6) lacks an alternate segment in the 3' coding region. which changes the reading frame, compared to variant 9. The resulting protein (isoform 6) is shorter and has a distinct C-terminus when it is compared to isoform 9. Another name for this variant is delta Ex6A.
