Quality Control The SensiMix SYBR & Fluorescein Kit has been developed for highly accurate real-time PCR and has been validated on real-time PCR platforms that require the passive reference dye fluorescein for collection of dynamic well factors.
Storage Upon receipt, please store the Master Mix at -20ºC.
Stability The Master Mix is stable for six months from date of shipping when stored at -20°C. Avoid repeated freeze-thaws as this will degrade the product.
