• Recommended Dilution: Suitable for Immunoblotting (Western or dot blot, 1/500-1/2,500), ELISA (1/3,000-1/12,000) and Immunohistochemistry as well as other phosphatase-antibody based enzymatic assays requiring extremely low background levels, absence of F(c) mediated binding, lot-to-lot consistency, high titer and specificity.

  Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Goat Serum, anti-Alkaline Phosphatase, Mouse IgG and Mouse IgM. No reaction was observed against bovine, horse or human serum proteins.
• Formulation: 0.05 M Tris Chloride, 0.15 M Sodium Chloride, 0.001M Magnesium Chloride, 0.0001 M Zinc Chloride, 50% (v/v) Glycerol; pH 8.0 with 10 mg/ml BSA (IgG and Protease free) as stabilizer and 0.01% (w/v) Sodium Azide as preservative.
