• Recommended Dilution: Suitable for Immunoblotting (Western, or dot blot, 1:20,000-1:200,000), ELISA (1:20,000-1:200,000), Immunoperoxidase electron microscopy and Immunohistochemistry (1:500-1:5,000) as well as other peroxidase-antibody based enzymatic assays requiring extremely low background levels, absence of F(c) mediated binding, lot-to-lot consistency, high titer and specificity.; Recommended Dilution(s): This product has been assayed against 1.0 ug of Rat IgG in a standard capture ELISA using ABTS (2,2'-azino-bis-[3-ethylbenthiazoline-6-sulfonic acid]) as a substrate for 30 minutes at room temperature.
