CLDN23 Human Gene Knockout Kit (CRISPR)
CLDN23 - human gene knockout kit via CRISPRchange donor?
HDR-mediated knockout kit validation
KN221232G1, CLDN23 gRNA vector 1 in pCas-Guide vector
KN221232G2, CLDN23 gRNA vector 2 in pCas-Guide vector
donor DNA containing Left and right homologous arms and GFP-puro functional cassette.
GE100003, scramble sequence in pCas-Guide vector
|Disclaimer||The kit is designed based on the best knowledge of CRISPR technology. The system has been functionally validated for knocking-in the cassette downstream the native promoter. The efficiency of the knock-out varies due to the nature of the biology and the complexity of the experimental process.|
|Summary||This gene encodes a member of the claudin family. Claudins are integral membrane proteins and components of tight junction strands. Tight junction strands serve as a physical barrier to prevent solutes and water from passing freely through the paracellular space between epithelial or endothelial cell sheets, and also play critical roles in maintaining cell polarity and signal transductions. This gene is expressed in germinal center B-cells, placenta and stomach as well as in colon tumor. This gene is down-regulated in intestinal type gastric cancer. [provided by RefSeq, Aug 2010].|
