Product Data
Applications ELISA, WB
Recommended Dilution Suitable for Immunoblotting (Western or dot blot), ELISA and immunohistochemistry as well as other phosphatase-antibody based enzymatic assays requiring extremely low background levels, absence of F(c) mediated binding, lot-to-lot consistency, high titer and specificity. This product has been assayed against 1.0 µg of Mouse IgG in a standard capture ELISA using pNPP p-nitrophenyl phosphate as a substrate for 30 minutes at room temperature. A working dilution of 1/1,000 to 1/5,000 of the reconstitution concentration is suggested for this product.
Recommended Dilutions:
ELISA: 1/2000-1/10000.
Western Blot: 1/500-1/2500.
Immunochemistry: 1/200-1/1000.
Reactivities Mouse
Host Goat
Clonality Polyclonal
Immunogen Mouse IgG F(c) fragment.
Specificity Assay by Immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Alkaline Phosphatase, anti-Goat Serum, Mouse IgG, Mouse IgG F(c) and Mouse Serum. No reaction was observed against anti-Pepsin, anti-Goat IgG F(c), Mouse IgG F(ab')2 or Bovine, Horse and Human Serum Proteins.
