Specifications
| Product Data | |
| Application | EM, IF, IHC |
|---|---|
| Recommended Dilution | IHC Quality Control: The antibody produces significant staining of VAChT at dilutions of 1/200 – 1/400 using indirect immunofluorescence and dilutions of 1/5,000–1/10,000 using biotin-avidin/HRP technique in rat basal forebrain. Optimal dilution will vary depending upon fixation, labeling technique and/or detection system; therefore, a dilution series is recommended. Immunolabeling is completely abolished by preadsorption with synthetic rat VAT (VAChT) (511–530). Immunolabeling of transfected cells demonstrates no cross reactivity with vesicular monoamine transporters. |
