| Note | Recommended Use: After the addition of 100µl of GAGGG to each tube, add 100µl of the rehydrated NGS to each tube and vortex the contents. Allow the precipitates to form for 2 hours at room temperature. Centrifuge the tubes at 1700xg for 20 minutes and then carefully aspirate off the supernatant. Count the pellet in a scintillation well gamma counter. |
