IHC staining of FFPE human pancreas tissue within normal limits using rabbit anti-glucagon polyclonal antibody, Polink-1 HRP Rabbit for DAB detection kit D13-18, and DAB Enhancer Kit (Cat. No.: C06). The brown stain indicates positive stain and blue is the counter stain. It is mounted using a permanent organic mounting medium E37-100.

  Human placenta stained with with OriGene Mouse anti PDL1 (UM800120 diluted 1:100) seen as the brown left panel and black/brown on right Panel in the membrane and cytoplasmic. The stain was produced using HIER buffer TEE ([B21C-100]) and secondary SPlinked anti-Ms & Rb (D01-18), DAB chromogen (C09-12) only on left panel and DAB chromogen (C09-12) with DAB enhancer (C06-1L) on right panel.

  Human tonsil stained with with OriGene Mouse anti-Ki67 (UM800033 diluted 1:2000) seen as the brown left panel and black/brown on right Panel in the nuclear. The stain was produced using HIER buffer TEE ([B21C-100]) and secondary SPlinked anti-Ms & Rb (D01-18), DAB chromogen (C09-12) only on left panel and DAB chromogen (C09-12) with DAB enhancer (C06-1L) on right panel.
