HEK293T cells were transfected with the pCMV6-ENTRY control (Cat# PS100001, Left lane) or pCMV6-ENTRY ICOSLG (Cat# RC208975, Right lane) cDNA for 48 hrs and lysed. Equivalent amounts of cell lysates (5 ug per lane) were separated by SDS-PAGE and immunoblotted with anti-ICOSLG (Cat# TA808779)(1:2000). Positive lysates LY402420 (100ug) and LC402420 (20ug) can be purchased separately from OriGene.

  Western blot analysis of 35ug lysates of Ramos, Raji, K562, Jurkat cell lines and TNF-a recombinant protein (100ng/ml, TP750007) sitimulated HUVEC cells for 0h, 6h and 16h (1:500).
