PCR Master Mixes (2X)
OriGene's PCR/qPCR Master mixes are available with and without dye. These solutions are optimized premixes containing DNA polymerase, dNTPs, MgCl2, KCI and other stabilizers. The template can be purified DNA, bacterial colonies/bacteria liquid, crude extract, cDNA, etc. This product is suitable for applications such as PCR reaction, colony PCR identification, vector construction and more.
