Product Data
Clone Name NI 132 (HP 6186)
Applications ELISA, IF, IHC, IP, WB
Recommended Dilution To identify the presence of IgG1 in Human serum, other body fluids, cell and tissue substrates and to determine its concentration in techniques as ELISA, immunoperoxidase staining of cytoplasmic IgG1, and Immunoblotting. As a second step an avidin or streptavidin conjugate of the customer's choice have to be used.
General Recommended Dilutions:
Immunohistochemistry (Paraffin).
Histochemical Use: 1/10-1/40.
ELISA: 1/100-1/2000.
Western blot: 1/200-1/4000.
Reactivities Human
Host Mouse
Isotype IgG1
Clonality Monoclonal
Immunogen Highly purified monoclonal IgG1 isolated from pooled Human serum.
Specificity The reactivity of the antiserum is restricted to the subclass specific determinant on the Fc portion of the IgG1 molecule as tested in direct binding Enzyme Immunoassay, Immunoblotting, Immunoprecipitation and direct immunoperoxidase staining of cytoplasmic Ig.
Cross-Reactivity: The antiserum does not react with any other component of the human Ig system or any other human plasma protein as tested. This antiserum has not been tested for cross-reactivity with other species.
Formulation PBS, pH 7.2 without preservatives or foreign proteins
Label: Biotin
State: Lyophilized purified Ig fraction
Molar radio: Biotin/IgG ~4.2
Reconstitution Method Restore by adding 0.5 ml sterile distilled water
Concentration 0.4 mg/ml
Conjugation Biotin

Prior to reconstitution store at 2-8°C.
Following reconstitution store undiluted at 2-8°C for one week
or (in aliquots) at -20°C for longer.
Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.

Conjugation Procedure: Conjugation is carried out using a proprietary technique for the binding of biotin, followed by several purification steps. After each step activity and specificity are tested in a variety of techniques. No foreign protein has been added.
