AACR 2024 Travel Grant

Are you planning to attend AACR 2024? Do you have an abstract accepted for presentation?

OriGene would love to support you and your travels! Just submit your abstract below and enter for a chance to win. The grant can cover your registration, travel, or accommodation expenses up to $1,000. The deadline for abstract submission is March 5^th, 2024. The winner will be announced on March 22^nd, 2024.

IMPORTANT: By participating in the competition, you agree to participate in OriGene marketing and PR activities. This may include an interview featured on the OriGene blog/website, social media postings, e-mails, or other types of communications. Sharing information about your research will be required. Please review all terms and conditions below.

How to enter?

• Submit the form with a copy of the accepted abstract and the acceptance letter from the AACR committee.
• An OriGene scientific selection committee (including OriGene Ph.D. scientists) will review the abstracts and select the winner.
• The winner will be notified via email no later than March 14^th, 2024 and will be required to notify OriGene of the acceptance of this award by March 18^th, 2024.

Terms and Conditions

• Open to residents in USA and EU only.
• Applicants can only submit one entry. Any further entries will not be eligible. Applicants must complete the application form in full.
• Only one application per approved abstract.
• Only applicants from Universities and Research Institutions are eligible to take part in this competition.
• The award will cover only the cost of registration, accommodation, and transport to the AACR 2024 meeting, to a total value of $1000. Any remaining balance available after these costs have been covered is not transferable and cannot be used for other expenses.
• By participating in the competition, you agree to participate in OriGene marketing and PR activities. This may include an interview featured on the OriGene blog/website, social media postings, e-mails, or other types of communications. Sharing information about your research will be required. The deadline for submitting the entry is March 5, 2024, 11.59 pm EST, USA. Any application submitted after this date and time is not eligible.
• The applicant must be available to attend the AACR meeting in San Diego, California. The travel grant applies only to the AACR 2024 meeting. The reimbursement cannot be used for any other meeting.
• The winning applicants will receive the travel grant via reimbursement from OriGene Technologies Inc.
• To receive reimbursement, the recipient must provide receipts for their AACR registration, accommodation, and travel.
• The recipient will receive reimbursement within 30 days of obtaining proof of expense.
• The reimbursement can only be paid to the individual or institution initially paying for the travel expenses, registration, and accommodation.
• The OriGene scientific selection committee will decide the winners. The decision is at the discretion of OriGene, and its decision is final.
• Should the event be canceled due to any circumstances, the winner will receive their prize in the form of a research grant instead of a travel grant.
• This competition is not affiliated with AACR in any way.
