HIGD2A Human Gene Knockout Kit (CRISPR)
HIGD2A - human gene knockout kit via CRISPRchange donor?
KN201223G1, HIGD2A gRNA vector 1 in pCas-Guide vector,
KN201223G2, HIGD2A gRNA vector 2 in pCas-Guide vector,
donor vector containing Left and right homologous arms and GFP-puro functional cassette.
GE100003, scramble sequence in pCas-Guide vector
|Disclaimer||The kit is designed based on the best knowledge of CRISPR technology. The system has been functionally validated for knocking-in the cassette downstream the native promoter. The efficiency of the knock-out varies due to the nature of the biology and the complexity of the experimental process.|
|Summary||The protein encoded by this gene is a subunit of the cytochrome c oxidase complex (complex IV), which is the terminal enzyme in the mitochondrial respiratory chain. The encoded protein is an inner mitochondrial membrane protein and is a functional ortholog of the yeast respiratory supercomplex factor 1 (Rcf1). In mouse, the orthologous protein enhances cell survival under conditions of hypoxia. [provided by RefSeq, Sep 2016].|
