Note: Protein A Peroxidase is a useful reagent in Western Blotting and ELISA experiments. Protein A Peroxidase can be utilized as a pseudo-secondary detection reagent when used in conjunction with an IgG-based primary antibody and appropriate substrate (such as TMB-1000 or Femtomax-110).

Assay by Immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Peroxidase and anti-Protein A.
No reaction was observed against anti-Protein G
|Note||Molecular Weight: (protein A): 40,000 daltons.
Caution: Do Not Add Sodium Azide.
|Storage||Store vial at 2-8°C prior to restoration. Restore with deionized water or equivalent; centrifuge product if not completely clear after standing at room temperature. This product is stable for one month at 2-8°C as an undiluted liquid.
For extended storage mix product with glycerol to 50% and then aliquot contents and freeze at -20°C or below. Avoid cycles of freezing and thawing.
Dilute only prior to immediate use.
