  HEK293T cells were transfected with the pCMV6-ENTRY control (Left lane) or pCMV6-ENTRY CD40 (RC201977, Right lane) cDNA for 48 hrs and lysed. Equivalent amounts of cell lysates (5 ug per lane) were separated by SDS-PAGE and immunoblotted with anti-CD40 (1:2000).

• 

  Western blot analysis of extracts (10ug) from Raji cell line by using anti-IDO1 monoclonal antibody (1:500).

• OriGene overexpression protein microarray chip was immunostained with UltraMAB anti-CD40 mouse monoclonal antibody (UUM800145). The positive reactive proteins are highlighted with two red arrows in the enlarged subarray. All the positive controls spotted in this subarray are also labeled for clarification (1:100).
