HEK293T cells were transfected with the pCMV6-ENTRY control (Left lane) or pCMV6-ENTRY STAT4 (RC206892, Right lane) cDNA for 48 hrs and lysed. Equivalent amounts of cell lysates (5 ug per lane) were separated by SDS-PAGE and immunoblotted with anti-STAT4. Positive lysates LY401095 (100ug) and LC401095 (20ug) can be purchased separately from OriGene.

  Anti-STAT4 mouse monoclonal antibody (TA502878) immunofluorescent staining of COS7 cells transiently transfected by pCMV6-ENTRY STAT4 (RC206892 ).

  HEK293T cells transfected with either RC206892 overexpress plasmid (Red) or empty vector control plasmid (Blue) were immunostained by anti-STAT4 antibody (TA502878), and then analyzed by flow cytometry.

In response to cytokines and growth factors, STAT family members are phosphorylated by the receptor associated kinases, and then form homo- or heterodimers that translocate to the cell nucleus where they act as transcription activators.
