Western blot analysis of ERAS Antibody (N-term) (F66) (Cat. #TA324562) in HL60 cell line lysates (35ug/lane). ERAS (arrow) was detected using the purified Pab.

  Formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded human brain tissue reacted with ERAS antibody (N-term) (F66) (Cat.#TA324562), which was peroxidase-conjugated to the secondary antibody, followed by DAB staining. This data demonstrates the use of this antibody for immunohistochemistry; clinical relevance has not been evaluated.

  IF image of SY5Y cells stained with ERAS (N-term) (F66) antibody. SY5Y cells were incubated with TA324562 ERAS (N-term) (F66) primary antibody (1:100, 2 h at RT). For secondary antibody, Alexa Fluor® 488 conjugated donkey anti-rabbit antibody (green) was used (1:1000, 1h). Nuclei were counterstained with Hoechst 33342 (blue). ERAS immunoreactivity is localized to the plasma membrane of SY5Y cells.
