• Recommended Dilution: Suitable for Immunoblotting (Western or Dot blot) (1/1,000-1/5,000), ELISA (1/10,000-1/50,000), Immunoperoxidase Electron Microscopy and Immunohistochemistry (1/500-1/2,500) as well as other peroxidase-antibody based enzymatic assays requiring lot-to-lot consistency.

  Specificity was confirmed by ELISA at less than 1% cross reactivity against other Ferret heavy or light chain isotypes.
• Formulation: 0.02 M Potassium Phosphate, 0.15 M Sodium Chloride, pH 7.2 with 10 mg/ml Bovine Serum Albumin (BSA, IgG and Protease free) as stabilizer and 0.01% (w/v) Thimerisol as preservative.
