Applications ELISA, WB
Recommended Dilution Suitable for Immunoblotting (Western or Dot blot), ELISA, Immunoprecipitation and most immunological methods requiring high titer and specificity.
Recommended Dilutions: This product has been assayed against 1.0 ug of Bilirubin Oxidase [Myrothecium verrucaria] in a standard sandwich ELISA using Peroxidase conjugated Affinity Purified anti-Goat IgG [H&L] (Goat) and ABTS (2,2'-azino-bis-[3-ethylbenthiazoline-6-sulfonic acid]) as a substrate for 30 minutes at room temperature. A working dilution of 1:7,500 to 1:35,000 of the reconstitution concentration is suggested for this product.

Background Bilirubin Oxidase is an enzyme that catalyses the oxidation of bilirubin to biliverdin and other substrates. This enzyme has been expected to be used in the field of clinical pathology for the enzymatic determination
of total bilirubin in serum and the treatment of jaundice and hyperbilirubinemia.
