Applications ELISA, FN, WB
Recommended Dilution Neutralization:
To yield one-half maximal inhibition [ND50] of the biological activity of mG-CSF (0.5ng/ml), a concentration of 0.005-0.010 µg/ml of this antibody is required.
ELISA:
(Indirect): To detect mG-CSF by indirect ELISA (using 100 μl/well antibody solution) a concentration of 0.5-2.0 μg/ml of this antibody is required. This antigen affinity purified antibody, in conjunction with compatible secondary reagents, allows the detection of at least 0.2-0.4 ng/well of recombinant mG-CSF.
(Sandwich): To detect mG-CSF by sandwich ELISA (using 100 μl/well antibody solution) a concentration of 0.5-2.0 μg/ml of this antibody is required. This antigen affinity purified antibody, in conjunction with Biotinylated Anti-Murine G-CSF (PP022B) as a detection antibody, allows the detection of at least 0.2-0.4 ng/well of recombinant mG-CSF.
Western Blot:
To detect mG-CSF by Western Blot analysis this antibody can be used at a concentration of 0.1-0.2 µg/ml. Used in conjunction with compatible secondary reagents the detection limit for recombinant mG-CSF is 1.5-3.0 ng/lane, under either reducing or non-reducing conditions.

Gene Name colony stimulating factor 3 (granulocyte)
Background Granulocyte Colony Stimulating Factor (G-CSF) a cytokine that controls the production, differentiation, and function of granulocytes. It is a potent stimulator of bone marrow cells especially those of neutrophil lineage. In addition, G-CSF can enhance the survival and activate the immunological functions of mature neutrophils.
Synonyms CSF3, GCSF, Pluripoietin, C17orf33
Note Centrifuge vial prior to opening!
