Predicted MW 38.3 kDa
Concentration lot specific
Purity >95% pure.
Presentation Purified
Buffer Presentation State: Purified
State: Lyophilized (0.4 µm filtered) protein.
Buffer System: 0.05 M Acetate buffer pH4
Preservative: 4% Mannitol
Stabilizer: 1% Sucrose
Reconstitution Add 0.2 ml of 0.1M Acetate buffer pH 4 to prepare a working stock solution of approximately 0.5 mg/ml and let the lyophilized pellet dissolve completely at 37°C.
For conversion into higher pH value, we recommend intensive dilution by relevant buffer to a concentration of 10 µg/mL. In higher concentrations the solubility of this antigen is limited.
Product is not sterile! Please filter the product by an appropriate sterile filter before using it in the cell culture.
Preparation Lyophilized (0.4 µm filtered) protein.
Applications Western Blotting.

Summary The protein encoded by this gene is a mitogen that is secreted by vascular endothelial cells. The encoded protein plays a role in chondrocyte proliferation and differentiation, cell adhesion in many cell types, and is related to platelet-derived growth factor. Certain polymorphisms in this gene have been linked with a higher incidence of systemic sclerosis. [provided by RefSeq, Nov 2009]
