HEK293T cells were transfected with the pCMV6-ENTRY control (Cat# PS100001, Left lane) or pCMV6-ENTRY PYCR1 (Cat# RC210027, Right lane) cDNA for 48 hrs and lysed. Equivalent amounts of cell lysates (5 ug per lane) were separated by SDS-PAGE and immunoblotted with anti-PYCR1 (Cat# TA811756)(1:2000). Positive lysates LY416328 (100ug) and LC416328 (20ug) can be purchased separately from OriGene.

  Western blot analysis of extracts (35ug) from 3 different cell lines by using anti-PYCR1 monoclonal antibody (1:500).

• Background: This gene encodes an enzyme that catalyzes the NAD(P)H-dependent conversion of pyrroline-5-carboxylate to proline.
