HEK293T cells were transfected with the pCMV6-ENTRY control (Left lane) or pCMV6-ENTRY GRB7 (RC215362, Right lane) cDNA for 48 hrs and lysed. Equivalent amounts of cell lysates (5 ug per lane) were separated by SDS-PAGE and immunoblotted with anti-GRB7 (1:2000). Positive lysates LY401639 (100ug) and LC401639 (20ug) can be purchased separately from OriGene.

• 

  Western blot analysis of extracts (35ug) from 5 different cell lines and mouse spleen tissue lysate by using anti-GRB7 monoclonal antibody (1:500).

• Background: The product of this gene belongs to a small family of adapter proteins that are known to interact with a number of receptor tyrosine kinases and signaling molecules. This gene encodes a growth factor receptor-binding protein that interacts with epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) and ephrin receptors. The protein plays a role in the integrin signaling pathway and cell migration by binding with focal adhesion kinase (FAK).
