HEK293T cells were transfected with the pCMV6-ENTRY control (Left lane) or pCMV6-ENTRY SNTA1 (RC204480, Right lane) cDNA for 48 hrs and lysed. Equivalent amounts of cell lysates (5 ug per lane) were separated by SDS-PAGE and immunoblotted with anti-SNTA1. Positive lysates LY401080 (100ug) and LC401080 (20ug) can be purchased separately from OriGene.

  Anti-SNTA1 mouse monoclonal antibody (TA502057) immunofluorescent staining of COS7 cells transiently transfected by pCMV6-ENTRY SNTA1 (RC204480).

  HEK293T cells transfected with either RC204480 overexpress plasmid (Red) or empty vector control plasmid (Blue) were immunostained by anti-SNTA1 antibody (TA502057), and then analyzed by flow cytometry.

• Background: Dystrophin is a large, rod-like cytoskeletal protein found at the inner surface of muscle fibers. Dystrophin is missing in Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy patients and is present in reduced amounts in Becker Muscular Dystrophy patients. The protein encoded by this gene is a peripheral membrane protein found associated with dystrophin and dystrophin-related proteins.
