Applications | IHC, WB |
Recommended Dilution | Immunoblotting. Immunohistochemistry on Frozen Sections. Immunohistochemistry on Paraffin Sections: For use in paraffin embedded tissue no antigen preteatment is needed but better results could be obtained if a TUF pretreatment is preformed with an antibody dilution of 1/20. Recommended Dilutions: Working dilution for regular immunohistochemistry is approximately 1/5-1/40, but the optimal dilution should be tested by serial dilutions. Recommended Positive Control: Tonsil, Lymph nodes. Incubation time: 60 min at RT. |

Specificity | The antibody MB2 is an excellent Marker for lymphoma diagnosis. This MB2 antibody reacts with all B-cells. Further positive reaction with epithelia and endothelium was observed. MB2 recognizes neuraminidase-resistant cytoplasmic 28 kDa antigen, expressed strongly on B-cells and weakly on mature T-cells; no reaction with immature T-cells; negative staining with plasmacytomas. |
