HEK293T cells transfected pCMV6-ENTRY BTRC (RC219979, Left lane) cDNA for 48 hrs or HEK293T cells untransfected (Right lane) were lysed. Equivalent amounts of cell lysates (5 ug per lane) were separated by SDS-PAGE and immunoblotted with anti-BTRC.

These data show that UltraMAB anti-BMP4 (Clone UMAB38) very specifically recognizes BMP4 antigen on OriGene protein microarray chip.
