Single-stranded DNA (ssDNA)-binding proteins, such as OBFC2B, are ubiquitous and essential for a variety of DNA metabolic processes, including replication, recombination, and detection and repair of damage (Richard et al., 2008 [PubMed 18449195]).[supplied by OMIM]. HEK293T cells were transfected with the pCMV6-ENTRY control (Left lane) or pCMV6-ENTRY OBFC2B (RC200876, Right lane) cDNA for 48 hrs and lysed. Equivalent amounts of cell lysates (5 ug per lane) were separated by SDS-PAGE and immunoblotted with anti-OBFC2B.
HEK293T cells transfected with either RC200876 overexpress plasmid(Red) or empty vector control plasmid(Blue) were immunostained by anti-OBFC2B antibody(TA504022), and then analyzed by flow cytometry.
