HEK293T cells were transfected with the pCMV6-ENTRY control (Left lane) or pCMV6-ENTRY ASCC1 (RC201872, Right lane) cDNA for 48 hrs and lysed. Equivalent amounts of cell lysates (5 ug per lane) were separated by SDS-PAGE and immunoblotted with anti-ASCC1.
Western blot analysis of extracts (10ug) from 4 different cell lines by using anti-ASCC1 monoclonal antibody. (1:200)
Immunohistochemical staining of paraffin-embedded Adenocarcinoma of Human ovary tissue using anti-ASCC1 mouse monoclonal antibody. (Heat-induced epitope retrieval by 10mM citric buffer, pH6.0, 100C for 10min, TA503721)
Immunohistochemical staining of paraffin-embedded Human tonsil within the normal limits using anti-ASCC1 mouse monoclonal antibody. (Heat-induced epitope retrieval by 10mM citric buffer, pH6.0, 100C for 10min, TA503721)
Anti-ASCC1 mouse monoclonal antibody (TA503721) immunofluorescent staining of COS7 cells transiently transfected by pCMV6-ENTRY ASCC1(RC201872).
HEK293T cells transfected with either RC201872 overexpress plasmid(Red) or empty vector control plasmid(Blue) were immunostained by anti-ASCC1 antibody(TA503721), and then analyzed by flow cytometry.
Flow cytometric Analysis of Jurkat cells, using anti-ASCC1 antibody(TA503721),(Red), compared to a nonspecific negative control antibody,(Blue).
