Store at -20 C. Buffer: 50 mM Tris-Glycine (pH 7.4), 0.15 M NaCl, 40% Glycerol, 0.01% sodium azide and 0.05% BSA. Stable for 12 months from date of receipt.
Cdc37 is a cell division cycle control protein of Saccharomyces cerevisiae. It is a molecular chaperone with specific function in cell signal transduction. It has been shown to form a complex with Hsp90 and a variety of protein kinases including CDK4, CDK6, SRC, RAF-1, MOK, as well as eIF2 alpha kinases. Cdc37 is thought to play a critical role in directing Hsp90 to its target kinases (1)
