Entrez Gene 6692 Human
|The protein encoded by this gene is a member of the Kunitz family of serine protease inhibitors. The protein is a potent inhibitor specific for HGF activator and is thought to be involved in the regulation of the proteolytic activation of HGF in injured tissues. Alternative splicing results in multiple variants encoding different isoforms. [provided by RefSeq]. |

HEK293T cells were transfected with the pCMV6-ENTRY control (Left lane) or pCMV6-ENTRY SPINT1 (RC218993, Right lane) cDNA for 48 hrs and lysed. Equivalent amounts of cell lysates (5 ug per lane) were separated by SDS-PAGE and immunoblotted with anti-SPINT1.
Western blot analysis of extracts (10ug) from 5 different cell lines by using anti-SPINT1 monoclonal antibody.(1:200)
Immunohistochemical staining of paraffin-embedded Carcinoma of Human lung tissue using anti-SPINT1 mouse monoclonal antibody. (Heat-induced epitope retrieval by 10mM citric buffer, pH6.0, 100C for 10min, TA504793)
Immunohistochemical staining of paraffin-embedded Carcinoma of Human bladder tissue using anti-SPINT1 mouse monoclonal antibody. (Heat-induced epitope retrieval by 10mM citric buffer, pH6.0, 100C for 10min, TA504793)
HEK293T cells transfected with either RC218993 overexpress plasmid(Red) or empty vector control plasmid(Blue) were immunostained by anti-SPINT1 antibody(TA504793), and then analyzed by flow cytometry.
